65th Annual Austin SRDA Mid-Tex Festival

Join us in Georgetown as we celebrate our 65th annual Austin SRDA Mid-Tex Festival on Friday, May 3rd 2013 and Saturday, May 4th 2013. The Friday dance starts at 7pm for 30 minutes of pre-rounds followed by square and round dancing from 7:30pm to 10pm with Austin area area callers and cuers. KO Jeanes is the Saturday caller, and Karen & Ed Gloodt are the Saturday cuers.

64th Annual Austin SRDA Mid-Tex Festival (2012)

'Cruise to Mid-Tex' in Georgetown and join us as we celebrate our 64th annual Austin SRDA Mid-Tex Festival on Friday, May 4th 2012 and Saturday, May 5th 2012. Bob Baier caller, and Annie Brownrigg & Carl Dammier, cuers. Friday dance starts at 7pm for 30 minutes of pre-rounds followed by square and round dancing from 7:30pm to 10pm. Saturday's afternoon schedule includes a rounds workshop from 1pm to 2:30pm followed by a square dance from 3pm to 4:30pm. Saturday's early rounds begin at 6:30pm and the square and round dance continues from 7:30pm to 10pm.

The Mid-Tex festival committee has extended the pre-registration deadline to Tuesday, May 3rd!

63rd Annual Mid-Tex Festival - A Bloomin' Good Time in Georgetown

Join us as we celebrate our 63nd annual ASRDA Mid-Tex Festival on Friday, May 6th 2011 and Saturday, May 7th 2011.

Art Tangen is the caller, and Mark & Pam Prow are the cuers.

Friday dance starts at 7pm for 30 minutes of pre-rounds followed by square and round dancing from 7:30pm to 10pm. 

Saturday's afternoon schedule includes a rounds workshop from 1pm to 2:30pm followed by a square dance from 3pm to 4:30pm. Saturday's early rounds begin at 6:30pm and the square and round dance continues from 7:30pm to 10pm.

Mid-Tex History

For over 50 years, the Austin Square and Round Dance Association has held a Spring Dance.

Over the years, this has developed into the Annual Mid-Tex Festival.
