Mid-Tex is just two weeks away.  The Mid-Tex committee is working hard to plan a dance that everyone will enjoy. However, we need the support of all of the clubs in ASRDA and dancers to make MidTex a success.  The committee is asking each club to contribute in three ways:

There will be a meeting of the ASRDA on Saturday, April 20, 2013, at Hyde Park Christian Church, 610 East 45th Street at 3:00 PM.  The agenda is attached.

The main purpose of this meeting is to elect officers for 2013-2014.  If you wish to nominate someone, please consult with them and send their nomination to Betty Shelton at spirit@gvec.net.  Nominated candidates must also submit a written note that they are willing to serve in the position they are nominated for.

Resale of Square Dance Attire

Would you please post on the ASRDA web page and notify Club Presidents that the La Grange Roadrunners will be having a Resale of Square Dance attire at their Texas Independence Day Dance on Saturday, March 9th!!

Especially note:  We will have Size 11 in Ladies Dance Shoes (some brand new).  Not many ladies wear size 11 and it would be nice to have those that do aware of this sale.

Tony Oxendine is calling our Buckles & Bows Anniversary 10th Dance.  Please come help us celebrate our 10 FANTASTIC YEARS of dancing in the Austin Area with one of the best callers around! The dance will be Mainstream from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m and Plus from 9:00 - 9:30 p.m.   Line Dancing will be held in between tips.  Dress will be casual.   Everyone is welcome.  

The dance will be held at Hyde Park Christian Church, 610 E. 45th Street, Austin.  Texas.
