Austin Square and Round Dance Association

"Dancing Deep in the Heart of Texas---Waco 2009" is around the corner. The 47th Annual Texas State Federation of Square and Round Dancers Festival will be June 11, 12, 13, and 14 at the Waco Convention Center in Waco. Activities begin Thursday evening with the Trail End Dance and after-party hosted by the Texas Callers Association. The callers will have us all "Floating Down the Brazos" and enjoying the "River Race".

Please note that the Hilton and Marriott hotels for the festival are now booked. The Best Western Old Main Lodge is an overflow hotel and is about one mile from the Waco Convention Center. It is located on the east side of Interstate 35. When booking ask for the "Square & Round Dance Block" at $84.00 plus tax which is good until 4pm cst May 28th.
