Please dance with us as we celebrate the graduation of Mainstream and Plus dancers. Our great guest caller and instructor is Gary Bible, from Libert Hill, Texas.
Special Mainstream Club Dance celebrating EVERY HOLIDAY. Each tip will be a different holiday. Arnold & Marie Gladson Calling along with special guest caller Matt Barnes from College Station. Plus will be called from 9:00 - 9:30. This will be a fun dance and great for any new dancers in the area. Come Join us.
Leave your fancy duds at home! Come and join us for a day of dancing as the Lone Star Lambdas host a joint dance with our sister club, the Alamo City Wranglers. We will dance from 10 Am to noon, take an hour for lunch, and dance from 1 to 3 PM.
The dance and lunch will be in the gymnasium of Gethsemane Lutheran Church, 200 West Anderson Lane. The gymnasium is on the north side of the church. Please contact Terry Neal at bearterry@aol.com if you are interested, so that we get an approximate head count for our food.
Cost is 10.00 per person which includes lunch.
The caller is Jerry Lynn, and that tips will alternate mainstream and plus.

The quarterly meeting of ASRDA will be held Saturday, November 3, 2007, at 4 PM at Hyde Park Christian Church. All appointed officers, club presidents and delegates should plan to attend. If your club will be sending an alternate delegate, please notify me so I can email the agenda, previous minutes, and financial reports to the alternate delegate as they become available.

Blue Santa Benefit Toy Dance -- Please join us at Hyde Park Christian Church (610 E 45th Street, Austin, Tx) for a benefit dance to donate toys and money to the Austin Blue Santa Christmas Toy Drive. Admission to the dance is one UNWRAPPED new toy per person. We will have a donation jar if you prefer to donate money for the cause. Toys for older teenagers and young infants are especially in need. "Dancing Deep in the Heart of Texas---Waco 2009" is around the corner. The 47th Annual Texas State Federation of Square and Round Dancers Festival will be June 11, 12, 13, and 14 at the Waco Convention Center in Waco. Activities begin Thursday evening with the Trail End Dance and after-party hosted by the Texas Callers Association. The callers will have us all "Floating Down the Brazos" and enjoying the "River Race".

Join us for the ASRDA 2009-2010 Installation, Bar-B-Que & Dance. The 5:30-6:30pm Bar-B-Que dinner (brisket, pork loin, & sausage from Smokey Mo's) is $7.50 per person. Seventy-two people made reservations for dinner and this number was turned in to Smotokey Mo's on Tuesday, July 7th, 2009. The requested donation for the dance is $5 per person. After dinner, installation of the officers will be from 6:30 to 7pm. Then there is Pre-rounds from 7 to 7:30pm followed by the 7:30-9pm dance.

This is a benefit dance to donate toys and money to the Austin Blue Santa Christmas Toy Drive. Admission is one unwrapped toy per dancer. We will have a donation jar if you prefer to donate money for the cause. Toys for older teenagers and young infants are especially in need. Anything will be graciously accepted.
