Take Hwy 183 north to FM 1431, turn left on FM 1431(Whitestone Blvd) , drive 0.5 miles to Royal Lane.

From Hwy 183 North - Leander:
Take Hwy 183 south to FM 1431, turn right on FM 1431, (Whitestone Blvd) , drive 0.5 miles to Royal Lane.

From FM 1431 East - Round Rock:
Take FM 1431 west, 0.5 miles past Hwy 183.
